| 公司介紹 | 敏成股份有限公司由楊敏盛總裁於1990年創立，以製造不織布材料、醫療特材及創新設計等為主要發展，秉持高品質、高科技的經營政策，擴大醫療及工業產品及技術的開發與改善，廣納國內外優秀高科技人才，建立年輕化且充滿衝勁的工作環境，研發出各項產品如醫療及電子產業用的口罩濾材、歐規或美規工業安全規範之立體罩杯式濾材、實驗衣或工作服、車用防塵套、真空吸塵過濾袋、醫療特材等等，已成為本公司穩定發展的業務。 為了產業轉型與擴大營業規模，本公司於2011年經董事會同意下成立醫療生技事業部，正式跨足醫療耗材事業，以期在原有不織布、濾材及醫院布服租賃業務外，提高醫療產業的營業比例與服務廣度。並於2012年併購了緁邦科技股份有限公司，主要業務以專營藥衛材經銷、開發心臟科特殊耗材代理販售、醫材聯合採購、醫院布服品租賃及洗滌等服務，結合聯合採購及上下游供應商統合方式，有效整合產品項目，以優質專業的管理模式，達到最適化之成本效益，滿足客戶對於醫材與後勤服務品項之需求與品質，並積極朝向醫院專科醫材及特殊布品的研發，發展自有產品，期望於國內生技醫療之領域上有所貢獻。 本公司經過多年來全體同仁努力之下，以降低成本、提高利潤、擴大市佔率及開發海外市場為首要使命，並持續擴大經營規模，提升團隊創新開發及行銷能力，產品百分百符合顧客需求，達成顧客至上永續經營的目標。 | ||
