| 公司介紹 | 長豐紡織科技股份有限公司的前身，長豐染織股份有限公司，是由董事長陳進丁先生，於西元1971年創立，公司早期從事各種纖維的絞紗、筒紗染色，之後增購高級棉紗燒毛絲光設備，生產高級燒毛絲光棉漂染紗，提供高品質、高價值的絲光針織布，並進口歐洲名牌長纖撚紗機，將原絲追加撚度予以染色，出售長纖色紗及高級彩色緞帶、高級禮服布等產品。 多年以來公司一直致力於技術創新及品質提昇，除了成為日本丸紅、中川、伊藤忠、郡是、三星製襪等多家大型商社與香港、大陸針織廠高級燒毛絲光色紗供應商，是世界最大的燒毛絲光棉色紗生產工廠，所生產的絲光針織布及成衣，廣獲歐、美、日等全球各大品牌指定採購。 有鑒於半導體工業及高科技產業發展逐漸成為台灣出口貨物之大宗，且長豐對於棉纖維及聚酯纖維的深入瞭解與實際生產經驗。 長豐自2004年起即積極轉型，除更名為長豐紡織科技股份有限公司外，並製造超極細纖維的無塵室用紡織品，06年再增設多項精密設備，結合紡織原料、染色、整理的核心技術，發展面板廠cell段製程液晶配向布，現已成功銷售第三、四、五代面板廠配向布，第六代面板廠配向布研發日前通過主導性新產品開發輔導計畫，目前正準備量產導入，成為全球目前除日本之外唯一能生產此類高科技產品之專業製造商。 | ||

| brief introduction | Chang Fong Textile Technology Co., Ltd. was formerly known as Chang Fong Dyeing & Weaving Co., Ltd., founded in 1971 by Chairman Mr. Chen Chin-Ting. In its early years, the company specialized in hank yarn and cone yarn dyeing for various fibers. Later, it expanded by installing advanced cotton singeing and mercerizing equipment to produce high-quality mercerized cotton dyed yarns, supplying premium mercerized knitted fabrics. The company also imported European long filament twisting machines to enhance raw yarn twist levels before dyeing, producing high-grade filament dyed yarns, premium colored ribbons, and luxury gown fabrics. Over the years, Chang Fong has continuously dedicated itself to technological innovation and quality enhancement, becoming a trusted supplier to major Japanese trading companies such as Marubeni, Nakagawa, Itochu, Kurabo, and Samsung Socks, as well as to knitting mills in Hong Kong and Mainland China. Today, Chang Fong is recognized as the world’s largest manufacturer of mercerized cotton dyed yarns, with its mercerized knitted fabrics and garments widely adopted by leading brands in Europe, the United States, and Japan. Recognizing the growing importance of semiconductors and high-tech industries in Taiwan’s export economy, and leveraging its extensive expertise in cotton and polyester fibers, Chang Fong began a strategic transformation in 2004, rebranding as Chang Fong Textile Technology Co., Ltd. The company shifted its focus to producing ultra-fine fiber cleanroom textiles, further expanding in 2006 with advanced precision equipment. By integrating its core competencies in textile materials, dyeing, and finishing technologies, Chang Fong successfully developed alignment cloths for cell process stages in LCD panel manufacturing. The company has since supplied 3rd-, 4th-, and 5th-generation LCD panel factories, and its 6th-generation alignment cloth recently passed Taiwan’s Leading Innovative Product Development Program, now preparing for mass production.
